We are not understanding what your particular issue is. You are on Package 3, so we do not know what SMS or Email has to do with this, unless you are trying to do something with Alerts. Where exactly are you getting "invalid settings" and what is the exact wording of the information. In looking at the information on our servers, it looks like you are trying to connect to CTS. You will need to be on version 2416 (or lower) in order to continue to use CTS.
