Please check my account so you know my subscriptions.

A. LOADING DATA
1. When open chartbook, it starts loading data from beginning of
days to load instead of loading only new data since chartbook last
closed. I always save during use frequently + when closing
chartbook.
2. It should append existing file so the chartbook will open fast.

B. HISTORICAL DATA
1. I have used data with SierraChart going back to about 1970. It
was just there, not even any special additional cost option. Right

now on ES I only get historical data going back to 2016 no matter how
many days in the days to load field. Continuous contract with
rollover by date is all I ever use for historical data.

2. A FREE online source is what I use which is updated daily with a

start date of:
1896 DJ 30
1912 10yr Notes
1928 SP 500
1968 GC

3. You surely must have data that is freely available online.

4. The FREE online data cannot be used with SC. That is the request
- be able to use the greatest software available -- SC -- and have
LONG TERM data.

5. What is available from SC?

6. Delayed is OK if you do not have LIVE.

Thank you in advance for your excellent service.

A. When you first open a chart, it is always going to load all the data from your storage device. This is always the case.

Any data that is not on your local system, then gets downloaded from our servers. But keep in mind that these are two separate processes. Getting the data from our servers and loading the data into the chart.

B.
1. We make our historical data available without any cost. How far back the data goes depends on the particular exchange. Refer to the information at the following link for how far back our historical data goes:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included

3. Our data is our data. Online resources are not reliable.

4. You can always import any data you want into the system. Refer to the following:
Text/CSV Data Format

5. See B1. Above.
