A. When you first open a chart, it is always going to load all the data from your storage device. This is always the case. Any data that is not on your local system, then gets downloaded from our servers. But keep in mind that these are two separate processes. Getting the data from our servers and loading the data into the chart. B. 1. We make our historical data available without any cost. How far back the data goes depends on the particular exchange.
