Noticed that my Denali data is delayed. It seemed like I have not completed some aggrements. When I went to this page, looks like I have been mistakenly tagged as a professional and not able to complete the agreement. I'm a non-professional. There is a note for why the agreements were rejected. In particular, it states "Rejected: Missing Futures Trading Account Information" In order to qualify as a non-professional, you have to have a live, funded, futures trading account, to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have an account that meets this criteria, then you can not get the CME Group data at the non-professional rate. This is a CME Group requirement, not ours - we are just the enforcers. If you do have an account, then you will need to redo the agreements and enter your account information.
