You exchange selection did not renew at the beginning of the July due to insufficient funds at that time. You can reactivate the exchange on the Recurring Services page which can be accessed through the link on your Account Control Panel or at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices On that page, scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate. As long as you have enough funds in your account, then the exchange will automatically renew on the first day of each month. Your cost for the exchange you had active is $3.50 per month. You do not have enough funds in your account to reactivate the exchange. Make sure you have at least $3.50 in your account. The exchanges are separate from your package. The exchanges are paid for on the first day of each month. This is above and beyond the cost of the package that you have. So no, Package 10, in and of itself, is not enough to get the real-time data. If you notice in the image you provided, there is a button at the bottom right that states "Reactivate Exchange". Once you have at least $3.50 in your account, you can select that button to reactivate the exchange and start getting the real-time data for the CME Group again. We have activated the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts for your account. It has a cost of $3.50, which was removed from your Services Surplus to pay for the exchange. You should now have real-time data for the CME Group. Remember that the exchanges renew on the first day of each month, so you need to have at least $3.50 in your Services Surplus with us before that date so your exchange renews automatically.
