You exchange selection did not renew at the beginning of the July due to insufficient funds at that time. You can reactivate the exchange on the Recurring Services page which can be accessed through the link on your Account Control Panel or at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices

On that page, scroll to the bottom where you will see the list of exchanges that were recently deactivated. Select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate.
