From the image you provided, the data was still downloading. You can tell by the message on the screen that states Downloading Continuous Contract Data. Depending on how many days of data you have set to load, it could take several to many minutes to download all the data. Start by setting the number of days to download to a small number like 5, and see if you get the chart coming up in a reasonable time (5 minutes at most). And make sure you do not have any other charts trying to download at the same time, as that will create a bottleneck and you can not guarantee that the data you want for a particular chart will come in first. Hi Trader, Stage 5 takes great pride in helping traders transition to Sierra Chart Teton Order Routing as seamlessly as possible. Personally, I believe the best solution would be to switch to Sierra Teton Order Routing with Denali for real time and historical data. This is all maintained by Sierra directly, which I feel provides great benefits to traders as Sierra can focus on enhancements instead of maintenance of other third party order routing feeds. In addition, I feel it is the best overall quality and value for traders as routing fees are $0.00! You can open an account for as little as $100 and you will receive $0.20 per side commissions on the micros and $0.45 commissions on non micros plus exchange and regulatory fees. Please feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you with any questions you may have and/or the process of transitioning your account and hopefully helping you improve your current trading solution. We would be able to provide some DOM chartbook layouts that will hopefully be more in line with what you are accustomed to. In addition, we would be more than happy to have a remote session to help get you setup with the new layouts. If you have questions or would like to speak to an assigned personal broker for details, please call us at 1-312-896-9897 or 1-800-258-6675. You can email us at sierrachart@s5trading.com and can also contact us here: https://stage5trading.com/contact/ If you are ready to move to the Teton Order Routing solution right away, we invite you to complete an application by clicking the blue button at the top of the https://stage5trading.com/ page that says Introducing Sierra Chart Teton Order Routing - Click Here to Open an account Thank you, Anthony Giacomin Stage 5 Trading Trading derivatives carries a high degree of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. You have not gone through the Setup Instructions for the Denali data, therefore you are not setup to get the real-time data. You need to follow through all of the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Dear Sir This activation is going to be horror for me. I have already paid for Denali. For last 3 years everything was working well. Now it is not. Third day I am trying to start. Should I paid extra for activation the exchanges?(denali is paid) I need again just sp500, dji, crude oil, eurusd, nasdaq in real time and volume. Like it was before. It is written : Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 10 - Standard + Denali Data Feed. Denali - Activated Exchange: fairx_exchange.data - always active What else I should choose? I just want real time data`s what is a difference beetwen : CME non-professional top-of-book and Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts |

Service Packages 10 and higher include the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, but the exchange costs are extra (this is stated there as well). We see you have signed the agreements, so it is just a matter of selecting the appropriate exchange(s) for which you want the data. what is a difference beetwen :
CME non-professional top-of-book and Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts The CME Group is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX. The CME non-professional top-of-book gives data just for the CME exchange (not the CME Group) and does not have market depth data. The Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional trading accounts gives data for all of the CME Group exchanges.
