I don’t mean to be rude but can you hurry up and help me with my solution in previous tickets my data still isn’t live and my package 11 and my data feed has been paid and has been activated with all the agreements signed . I start my fund challenge Monday so it needs sorting for Monday morning please

For some reason your account is not showing any connections to our servers. Therefore, the first thing we want you to do is to use the Forced Login option and see if that gets things updated properly. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login The other thing we want you to check is that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Let us know when you have these done and if you are then getting the EUREX data properly.
