I am subscribed to Eurex Denali and since switching to Stage5 Advantage / Teton no longer receive Eurex data in a Quote Spreadsheet. I am aware that Eurex can not be traded on Teton but track the data whilst trading CME. Eurex data is received on Quoteboards and in Charts. A spreadsheet on the chart picks up data correctly The Quote Spreadsheet is set with identical symbol settings but will not pick up any values. Symbols affected include FDAXU22-EUREX, FESXU22-EUREX, FGBLU22-EUREX The identical Quote Spreadsheet when set to AMP / CQG with symbols adjusted will still correctly pick up the Eurex data. Please advise |

Hi Marmany, Thank you for joining the Stage 5 team! We look forward to working with and building a long-term partnership with you! We looked into the Eurex Quote Spreadsheet and were unable to replicate the issue. We tested all of the symbols the user mentioned on our end and everything worked properly. I would advise trying to update your symbol settings just to double check that this isn't where the issue stems. You can do this by clicking Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service If that still doesn't work please send us an email to sierrachart@s5trading.com with screenshots of the quote spreadsheet so we can double check to see if anything looks off there as well. I wish we could be more help and hope to assist you in resolving this issue shortly. Have a great weekend and thanks again for being part of the Stage 5 family! Thanks for looking into this. I made an error with symbols typed "_" (which is used by all CME symbols) instead of "-" |
