We looked into the Eurex Quote Spreadsheet and were unable to replicate the issue. We tested all of the symbols the user mentioned on our end and everything worked properly. I would advise trying to update your symbol settings just to double check that this isn't where the issue stems. You can do this by clicking Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service If that still doesn't work please send us an email to sierrachart@s5trading.com with screenshots of the quote spreadsheet so we can double check to see if anything looks off there as well.
