Make sure you have the correct exchanges activated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings. Enable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Press OK. Select File >> Disconnect. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Additionally:
In the case of when paying the nonprofessional market data exchange fees for data from CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, you need to connect to your live funded trading account at least once a month: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services
If you do not have a live funded trading account, then refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/EasySolutionToCMEFundedTradingAccountRequirement.php"

It is still showing delayed, how do I fix this?

You have not completed the Data Feed Agreements properly and you have not activated any exchanges. The first thing is to get the agreements completed properly. To do this, you need to enter your Futures Clearing Firm (or your Broker) where it asks for "Clearing Firm" along with your account number. You can do these at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

Once the Agreements are approved, then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. You can activate the CME Group exchanges here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Is activating the CME group agreement different than the level 11 package Denali package I already pay for?

Thanks

Yes, it is different. You need to be on Package 10 or higher, and complete the agreements, and activate the exchange(s) in order to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The process is all outlined in the Setup Instructions for the CME Group here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
