The message log said that my usage time has ended even though $45.99 was taken out of my bank account on May 1st. I have been trying to call Green Charts all morning and no one has contacted me. I was in the middle of doing a trade last night when I unexpectedly got shut off. This is so frustrating because it messed up my trade and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone plus I have lost trading day.Do I get credited for the time lost and when is someone going to turn my charts back on? 801-698-0359

Your Sierra Chart account is active until 2014-6-1. There must be some other problem. Can you describe what you mean by "shut off". You might be logged into Sierra Chart with the wrong Account Name. You should be using the very same Account Name you use to log into this Support Board with. Restart Sierra Chart and make sure the Account Name is correct.
