We have enabled the trial for your account. Let us know if you are getting the real-time data for EUREX for your account at this time. Keep in mind that the trial is only for 15 days. Also, the EUREX exchange is NOT setup to automatically renew for your account. So if you want to continue with the EUREX data, you will need to re-activate the exchange to have it automatically renew next month. Hello John thank you fpr respond First of all, I suppose I did wrong packedin FGBL EUREX I watched a video on Youtube Now my account doesn't have real time data EUREX I don't want to get a free trial. I looking for EUREX FGBL market data I want to set out demo account FGBL with DOM automatically you guys can charge To be honest, I find it a bit complicated that's why I need pdf guidelines something correct way otherwise like the previous time I did wrong chose I lost 30 USD I don't renew it and again opened an account straight away open a demo account with real market data. Please give me step by step guidline Thank you |

You actually did not do anything wrong. In order to get the real-time data for EUREX you need to have the EUREX exchange activated, which you do. Even though you "Deactivated" the exchange, you had still paid for the month of June, so you have access to the real-time data for the rest of this month. Therefore, you should be able to open a chart for FGBL at this time. Yeah You are right I deactivated it because I was so frustrated I open myself trading view Proreatime when it comes to Siera Chart I lost Now I will try I appreciate Thanks |
