You actually did not do anything wrong. In order to get the real-time data for EUREX you need to have the EUREX exchange activated, which you do. Even though you "Deactivated" the exchange, you had still paid for the month of June, so you have access to the real-time data for the rest of this month. Therefore, you should be able to open a chart for FGBL at this time.
