Hello Support,

There seems to be lack of intraday data for Stocks, using the Interactive Brokers. I've set the number of days to load to 200 to test the stock, but it only shows 1 day worth of data.

Is there a setting I need to change to get at least 30 days worth of intraday data to show on the charts.

Thanks

I've subscribed to the US Bundle Market data with Interactive Brokers which gives me access to all US Stocks and Futures.

I've changed the settings, but It's taking a long time to download the data.

We apologize for the delay.

In the case of Interactive Brokers do not use a Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download setting greater than 30. Otherwise, there are going to be problems like a long time to download the data or pacing violations.

So the Intraday charts you look at when connected to Interactive Brokers will be shorter-term.

To access years of Intraday data, you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Here are the instructions for this service:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html

We are also going to be adding support for US stocks in the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed which can be used with Interactive Brokers. We expect this will be done later in the month. This data feed is 35 USD a month plus exchange fees. Using this data feed will also solve the problem.
