We apologize for the delay. In the case of Interactive Brokers do not use a Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download setting greater than 30. Otherwise, there are going to be problems like a long time to download the data or pacing violations. So the Intraday charts you look at when connected to Interactive Brokers will be shorter-term. To access years of Intraday data, you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Here are the instructions for this service: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html We are also going to be adding support for US stocks in the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed which can be used with Interactive Brokers. We expect this will be done later in the month. This data feed is 35 USD a month plus exchange fees. Using this data feed will also solve the problem.
