how did connect CME trading datafeed

As i reading the sc important notice ,i know that the engineering is busying on SC development , but i am as a customer,only requirement is quickly to connecting my trading account.so i want to get help how to connecting my CME trading like before.
1 According the indicate i finished the document sign and seting by step buy step. the result is disconnect my trading account. so can give me a detail instruction
like :1:Global setting Current selected service which do i selected
2:Common setting what do i need to do
3:Sierra Chart Sever Settings how do i set for
anyway i just want to get the normal useing as like before.

before version is not my setting, as my friend is gone, i am a new operation as i used SC more than 5 years.

I think may have some mistake with the conversation
i have an account with Dorman trading,and i buy the :   10 - Standard + Denali Data Feed (For 6 Months) - 172.8 USD / 6 Months.
now i cannot connect my trading account, so i want to know how to setting, that can be connecting my trading account.
1:Global setting Current selected service which do i selected ?

What order routing service are you using with Dorman - it sounds like you are probably setup with CQG, but let us know for sure so we can point you to the correct instructions.

John, many thanks to your help and below have some question i need to solve.

1:Message log show: chartbook sharing: Disconnect from the server chartbook sharing: Data feed disconnected from the server

2:when i click the file and open chartbook, which i used to be using. The range bar is not display. also the TPO and market deeps are not display. Screen is blank of range bar, TPO and Market deeps.

Based the above question, should i need Active the below:
1 Full CME Group Active 33USD/month yes or no
2 Full CME Group for nonprofessional Trading accounts 3.5USD/month option
3 CME non-professional top of book 1.25usd/month option
4 CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading account 11USD/month yes or no

First, we need to see your message log by following these instructions:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Second, with regards to the exchanges to activate, you have activated more exchanges than you needed. If you want Market Depth for all symbols traded on the CME Group, then the one exchange for Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts is all you need. Deactivate the others.

If you want some other combination of data, then let us know what you want and we can tell you which exchanges you need and do not need.

We are not seeing anything regarding chartbooks in your log, but we do see the following:

The first and second lines are stating that there is an issue saving data to a file. Make sure you have proper permissions to write to that file and that the drive is not full.

The last entry is stating that you are having a network error. Refer to the following:
