Hello, I need help please setting up my Sierra chart, two main problems I m experiencing. 1. Numbers seems to be "Zoomed out" increasing the font size did not help. 2. When I click buy or sell I m not getting any response, even though my broker account is active. I feel I m doing something wrong in the settings and can't figure it out. With regards to the font size: Changing the Chart Text font should definitely have changed the settings for your charts. First, make sure you are changing the Chart Text font. Refer to the information here: Graphics Settings: Chart Text - (current font name) Next, as noted in the above section, make sure that you are modifying the correct Graphics Settings based on whether your charts are setup to use the Global Graphics Settings or the per Chart Graphics Settings. Refer to the following for this distinction: Graphics Settings: Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings With regards to the order rejection: The rejection is because the order you are placing has a price of 0.00. Make sure that the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Real-Time Price Multiplier is set to a value of 1.0 (specifically make sure it is not 0). Also check that the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Trade and Current Quote Symbol Price Multiplier is set to 1.0. Hello John, I tried to fallow the directions and still did not work on both issues. I need please remote assistance I have been trying to fix this issue for the past 3 days with no success. I have been using Sierra Charts over 3 years, but on this one I do need your help guys. I m okay paying the fee for support and already downloaded Team View. Called and talked to customer. Explained the difference between the Chart Graphics and the Global Graphics and how to change the fonts.
