Hello John, I tried to fallow the directions and still did not work on both issues. I need please remote assistance I have been trying to fix this issue for the past 3 days with no success. I have been using Sierra Charts over 3 years, but on this one I do need your help guys. I m okay paying the fee for support and already downloaded Team View.
