I have package 11 and the denali exchange real-time data feed. I also have my rithmic account linked to sierra. Before today, I was able to see limit orders in the que of my DOM and today I can no longer see them. Not sure what happened as all of my subscriptions are paid for and up to date.

Your account looks fine, so it is not related to that. The most probable situation is that you do not have the Bid/Ask Size columns displayed, just Buy and Sell. But, refer to the following for a complete list of things to check: Global Trade Settings Windows: Troubleshooting Market Depth Data Not Displaying in Chart/Trade DOM Columns For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Market Depth data is not available with our FOREX and CFD data. With the "Base" Sierra Chart packages, you have access to the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, CFE and EUREX, which does include the Market Depth data. So if you are wanting to see how the DOM functions you can use any of the symbols from those exchanges. I am having this issue also. Yesterday I could see all orders on the DOM but I when I opened the DOM today, it only says 1 for bid and ask. I've tried troubleshooting with the DOM documentation but have been unsuccessful thus far. I can confirm that I am not receiving market depth data, but none of the fixes listed worked for me. I've attached an image of what it looks like below. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1689210170170.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-07-13 01:18:24

As mentioned above, we do not have Market Depth data for CFDs. The symbol of that Trading DOM is "NGAS", which is a CFD. If you had Market Depth data previously, then this would have been for a different symbol. The issue has been resolved, I can see the passive limit orders on the DOM. However, when I replay videos, the limit orders are blank like I picture I sent.
