I am having this issue also. Yesterday I could see all orders on the DOM but I when I opened the DOM today, it only says 1 for bid and ask. I've tried troubleshooting with the DOM documentation but have been unsuccessful thus far. I can confirm that I am not receiving market depth data, but none of the fixes listed worked for me.
