Dear support, I have installed Sierrachart on my machine but I don't manage to get relevant live data. I don't see any abnormal thing in Message log. My IT team has opened networks flows according to this page: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.6. Internet Ports and IP Addresses used by Sierra Chart Data Services I attach to this case some screenshots. Can we schedule a remote session to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance. You have not setup any real-time exchanges, therefore the only real-time data available would be for CFD and FOREX. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? You need to go through the Setup Instructions for both markets. Start with the CME Group first and go through the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Then go through the instructions for the other exchanges and do the items for the EUREX: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
