Dear support, I have installed Sierrachart on my machine but I don't manage to get relevant live data. I don't see any abnormal thing in Message log. My IT team has opened networks flows according to this page: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.6. Internet Ports and IP Addresses used by Sierra Chart Data Services I attach to this case some screenshots. Can we schedule a remote session to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance.
