We do not know what is meant by "blocked". What is the exact issue you are encountering?

Your Sierra Chart account is active. And there are no issues with it.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I cannot open the chart.
It says "User ID Has No Accounts. Please contact help desk."

That is not a Sierra Chart error message. It sounds like a message from Transact since you have been using Transact.

Using your operating system Windows Explorer, go to this folder:
C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\


Run the program SierraChart_64.exe

When Sierra Chart is running, follow the instructions here to create a desktop shortcut:
Software Download: Setting up Shortcut to Sierra Chart

Going forward only use the created shortcut on your desktop to start Sierra Chart.

Hi
I have opened the chart, but I am very dissatisfied,
because I thought I would have everything like before
here's a new chart.
I chose the Sierra Chart to stay with the old program, which was amazing, and I don't like the new one and I can't work on it.
It wasn't supposed to be like that.
I will consider withdrawing and asking for a refund.
Now is going to be the weekend so I will think about it.
I wanted the old chart and the old rules.
If I had known about it earlier that you would change the chart, I would not have decided to change it.
Very dissatisfied.

Specifically what do you mean by this?:

here's a new chart.
If you go back to an older version, everything will be the same. However, the only change in newer versions is with the Chart Settings window. And here is information about that:

When it comes to the error you described at post #3, that is from Transact and not Sierra Chart.

None of your charts need to change with the new Teton service.
