can't download full set of data on CL continuous contract

Hello, Sierra Chart won't download the full span of data for the CL continuous contract. A few days ago it was working fine, plus I currently have the ES continuous contracts working fine. I have a 60 Minute chart I'm trying to run with a couple years worth of data. It will only load the past couple of months matter what I set as the date range or how many bars back I designate. Every time I set the begin date to 2020-01-01 in the Main Settings/Chart Settings Window, it just snaps back to 2022. I have the continuous contract info set exactly as it is for ES in my other charts.... date rule rollover/back adjusted. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks, James |

You only have the CME exchange activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. CL is traded on the NYMEX exchange. Therefore, your data for CL is not coming from us, but rather from your trading provider. To get the data back further for CL, you would need to activate an exchange that includes the NYMEX exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Just be aware that you will pay the full price for the exchange for the month regardless of when in the month you activate it. For example, if you activate the NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts today, you will pay the $11.00 exchange fee today for the remainder of April and then pay $11.00 again on May 1 for the month of May.
