You only have the CME exchange activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. CL is traded on the NYMEX exchange. Therefore, your data for CL is not coming from us, but rather from your trading provider.

To get the data back further for CL, you would need to activate an exchange that includes the NYMEX exchange at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

Just be aware that you will pay the full price for the exchange for the month regardless of when in the month you activate it. For example, if you activate the NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts today, you will pay the $11.00 exchange fee today for the remainder of April and then pay $11.00 again on May 1 for the month of May.
