Had a previous problem with my logon being disabled which was a broker related issue but now that i have sorted that out and my logon has been enabled, i am no longer receiving any data feed. Am also getting a message to perform rollover which is normal but underneath is a red message saying that the symbol is not recognised ? Unless i have changed my routing service from CQG to another, the symbols should be the same shouldn't they ? |

What we see is that you were getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed back in March, but they did not automatically renew for April. Therefore, you would need to reactivate these exchanges to get the data. You can activate the exchanges you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed But, be aware that for the exchange fees, you will pay the full amount for the current month regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month. For instance, if you activate the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts today, you will pay $11.00 today for the rest of April and then pay the amount again on May 1 for the month of May.
