Had a previous problem with my logon being disabled which was a broker related issue but now that i have sorted that out and my logon has been enabled, i am no longer receiving any data feed. Am also getting a message to perform rollover which is normal but underneath is a red message saying that the symbol is not recognised ?
Unless i have changed my routing service from CQG to another, the symbols should be the same shouldn't they ?
