Earlier I used to use an indicator called "Gann Swing"
Now I cannot find it anywhere in the studies list?
Why has it been removed?
Can it please be restored?

My question is not understood by the person receiving this message.

What is this about "Chart drawing tools"???
I have not asked any questions regarding this.

My question is about a very "specific indicator" that 'was available' in the studies and now it is not available at all.
Please understand the question properly and then post your reply.

I know there are 3 indicators with "Gann" in the inside studies but I AM NOT INTERESTED in them.

I am interested in only a particular indicator called "Gann Swing" and requesting to restore it inside the studies section.

I hope you will read my request properly and provide a solution.

Hello,

I am sure you did not like the way I responded because that is exactly how I feel when someone does not provide a proper response to a request.

Ever since I used Transact, I had this issue, Sierra does not provide good support. That is what they always tell me.

Now that I connect with you directly I find that is very true.

Hence, my request is for Sierra to become more popular, proper service must be provided to clients.

I requested for an indicator to be restored and I get very irrelevant answers. How to appreciate that..???

Please help me with my specific request by understanding the request properly. Thank you!

You did not get "irrelevant answers", you got answers to what we thought you were asking. You were given all the information we have on the items that we have with the name "Gann" in them.

We believe that you are asking about an indicator that might have been in the User Contributed Studies (note that you did not specify this at all). If that study is no longer there, then that is because we are not able to compile it any longer for whatever reason. Therefore, that study is simply no longer available, and there is not a way for us to "bring it back".

If you are referring to some other study, then we would need to know the name of the study and how you accessed it so we understand what study you referring to.
