Hello,

I am sure you did not like the way I responded because that is exactly how I feel when someone does not provide a proper response to a request.

Ever since I used Transact, I had this issue, Sierra does not provide good support. That is what they always tell me.

Now that I connect with you directly I find that is very true.

Hence, my request is for Sierra to become more popular, proper service must be provided to clients.

I requested for an indicator to be restored and I get very irrelevant answers. How to appreciate that..???

Please help me with my specific request by understanding the request properly. Thank you!
