Hi SC folks, hope you are able to help. For my 4 hour and 1 hour charts, all of my tickers (NQ, ES, RTY, CL, etc...) charts only go back with 30 days of data. I would like to have more data on screen I have: 1. Updated to current version 2. Increased days to load to 180 and selected "use number of days to load" as option for load data method 3. Increased max historical intraday days to download to 250 on global settings 4. Have current symbol for all my tickers I use CQG for data thanks, hope you are able to help |

The main problem is that you are using CQG data. There are limitations on how much historical data they have available. Refer to the 2nd bullet point at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 The solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed so you can have access to the historical data. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes the Setup Instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed Once you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, you would also want to ensure that you have your charts setup as Continuous Futures Charts, if you do not already have this. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The notes for version 2351 are not relevant here. Those notes are not relevant to the amount of historical data you can download when using CQG. You really do need to use the Denali Data Feed, but also refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Be aware of support policy: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#GeneralInformation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
