The main problem is that you are using CQG data. There are limitations on how much historical data they have available. Refer to the 2nd bullet point at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 The solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed so you can have access to the historical data. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes the Setup Instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed Once you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup, you would also want to ensure that you have your charts setup as Continuous Futures Charts, if you do not already have this.
