I am looking for a study "Chg" from chart header, which contains the formulas in spreadsheet format.

We are not understanding what you are looking for. Can you give us some more information.

I would like to use the price change which is difference between the rightmost displayed bar and the bar immediately before it in spreadsheet.

That is not directly available (that is, there is no one place to pull that data from). But it is easily calculated, especially if you are using the Spreadsheet Study, as it's just the current close minus the previous bar's close. In the Spreadsheet you could enter this in row 3 of one of the calculation columns (K through Z by default) by entering "=ID0.SG4@3 - ID0.SG4@4" where the @3 specifies the data in row 3 and @4 is the data in row 4, so the previous bar minus the current bar.

DAILY OHLC STUDY. In draw zeros explanation there is the phrase "this is for special purposes". I would like to know more about special purposes.

In general, when a value of zero exists, it is not drawn. This keeps the chart within the normal range of the data. Otherwise, when 0 values are drawn, then the range of the display has to start at 0 at the bottom and then display the data to the full range, which generally makes the bars flat and not useful.

Therefore, the show zeros is a special circumstance that you would only use if you were basing that study on another study where show zero values can be useful and would not cause an issue with the scaling.

For calculation "Chg." I use your formula "=ID0.SG4@3 - ID0.SG4@4", in the "Spreadsheet study", Post [2022-04-12 16:51:20]. I use it for "Spreadsheet System for Trading" as such. In the spreadsheet, BUY ENTRY (column K) turns on, when required, but SELL ENTRY (column M) skips.
