Good day, I have changed my old model laptop to a new one, and unfortunately i seem to have lost all my saved data. I initially saved a lot of order flow or footprint charts but now i cannot find it when loggin in with the same credentials. How do i retrieve my saved data? Sierra chart seem to have been greyed out as well in this new laptop. |

All your Sierra Chart information is saved locally. Therefore it is on the old laptop within the Sierra Chart folder on that system. You would need to copy it to the new system.
