Hello, I am using SC Version 2376. Since this week I do not receive intraday updates for any ICE Future (e.g. CCK22-ICEUS or KCK22-ICEUS) in my intraday Charts. What do I have to change that there I will receive again delayed data for them? |

I have the same problem. It used to be snapshot data for ICEUS (unfortunately not anymore for ICEEU) but now even for my ICEUS tickers I do not receive any values (for example for the Footprint charts which are all just showing a bunch of zeroes (see attached)). It seems to still work for some other users though. I have tried to roll-back SC to an earlier version 2363 but same issue. Any idea please? |

Yes this makes sense, the ICE data is only 1 minute data now. We are no longer providing ICE data ourselves.

When you say 1 minute data now what does this mean? shouldnt we be able to see the volume numbers on the chart (at least the next day?) thanks

The minimum time frame is 1 minute per bar, and there is no Bid Volume or Ask Volume.
