I have the same problem. It used to be snapshot data for ICEUS (unfortunately not anymore for ICEEU) but now even for my ICEUS tickers I do not receive any values (for example for the Footprint charts which are all just showing a bunch of zeroes (see attached)). It seems to still work for some other users though. I have tried to roll-back SC to an earlier version 2363 but same issue. Any idea please?
