Hello,

I have reset my computer yesterday and re install Sierra chart this morning, unfortunately all my settings are gone..Even the balance is at 0$ or I have something like 25$.

Is there any chance for you to put all my settings back please?

I hope so, otherwise it s a lot of time spend for nothing :(

Did you have a backup of your Sierra Chart installation? That is not something that Sierra Chart would have on our servers. Refer to help topic 15:
Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation

Even the balance is at 0$
Are you referring to your Sierra Chart Services Balance? That will not have changed in any way related to your local Sierra Chart installation on your computer.
