Urgent please help can't logon to my TickTick eval

Hi,
I can't logon to my new TickTick eval using Rithmic. I signed onto Rithmic and signed the 2 documents. I am able to logon to Rithmic but when I add the credentials to Sierra Chart it give me an error. I've included the message log. I told TickTick I think I remember something like this happening with uProfit and they were able to fix it but they are insisted that I contact SC support. FYI, I am currently able to logon to my leeloo eval using rithmic.

Please let me know what to do or what message I should give to TickTick support

I will also send the message log as well as include a screenshot of it

You are getting a "permission denied" error. Refer to:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure

Looks like you have chosen the correct server if this is a paper trading account. Therefore, at this point we do not know what the problem is.

One thing we have learned is that if the password is more than 31 characters in length it is a problem. Check the length.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
