Can i get a refund? I didnt know i need to have a futures acount to have real time data.

We can issue you a refund of monthly portions of the unused usage time on your account.

But, the first thing to be aware of is that you only need a futures trading account for the real-time CME Group data. You can get real-time data for other exchanges (EUREX, NASDAQ, CFE), if you are wanting them.

Also, you can change your package to Package 5 and we will adjust your Usage Time for the difference in the packages and then you can continue to use Sierra Chart with our Delayed Streaming data, which acts the same as Real-Time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). This allows you to get used to Sierra Chart and develop your strategies without having to pay for real-time data.

I only trade comodities and us500,us30 on 1minute chart so this isnt possible for me, so i would like to have a refund.
