Hi,
I got a reply from you on Friday or whenever but when I clicked on the link it said 'page doesn't exist anymore' or something like that. Anyway, I now have 2 separate SC logins. One for Teton, one for crypto SC ALL Data. I dropped into the data folder an es and nq chartbook. My old standby ES chart has literally 3 mos missing. I have done the usual reload....No other charts in the chartbook look affected. How do I get back the missing 3 mos? See attached screenshot

First thing we recommend doing is resetting the scales to make sure it is not some kind of scale issue:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.

Genius! option 2 is what worked.

Now can I have a litte moan, and from what I hear one you are being inundated with...Who in god's name thought changing the chart settings to that HORRIBLE UNREADABLE UNFRIENDLY format was a good decision? I am in two rather large discord rooms and universally everyone HATES it. Why did you do it? You went from something easy to see, change, and view to that compressed and confusing and TINY format.

NO NO NO... moan over and I am sure my message and all the others won't matter one toss but still. It is rubbish mate, really rubbish...

They can continue to like those old garbage Microsoft dialogs.

We really do not care about the comments we are receiving in regards to bringing back the old inefficient and junk functionality. The new functionality is absolutely superior in every way and we will be posting some further information about this. (Link pending)

Omg you guys are sooo funny. I love your arrogance(yes really it cracks me up). I know that being customer friendly isn't a priority, and that creating a superiour product is. Yes, you are the very best in town, and to you that new chart settings is cutting edge and better so you changed it. Got that. BUT come on guys your customer input should mean a little tiny something too.

I am laughing just thinking of what you wrote above. Almost like it could be made into a skit on SNL.

ok ok you sound like my mother, she dislikes the word hate too. I have shared it with the group and said you had been very good in coming back to me, and you made me laugh!
