Omg you guys are sooo funny. I love your arrogance(yes really it cracks me up). I know that being customer friendly isn't a priority, and that creating a superiour product is. Yes, you are the very best in town, and to you that new chart settings is cutting edge and better so you changed it. Got that. BUT come on guys your customer input should mean a little tiny something too. I am laughing just thinking of what you wrote above. Almost like it could be made into a skit on SNL.
