This means that you have another computer running Sierra Chart with the same Account Name and connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, while you are trying to connect to it from the current computer. You need to either disconnect the other computer so you only have one connection at a time, or you need to pay the exchange fee twice in order to allow both computers to connect at the same time.
