We need more information to understand what your particular issue is. But if this is in relation to historical data from Rithmic, then refer to the following:

The information below also applies to historical data in your particular case and also means that you are not getting real-time data from the Denali data feed either:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

Since you cannot access the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using Rithmic because of what is explained in post #3, the historical and real-time data then comes from Rithmic.


However, the historical data, is not being downloaded from Rithmic, and is being skipped because you did not specify your Rithmic username and password for historical data in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

However, you do not want to do the prior paragraph because you should be getting the data completely from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Follow the instructions in post #3 to do that.
