Hello. I also have a problem with the connection. This is the message from the CTS FIX server which indicates the problem: The user has not completed the market data setup and should login to www.t4login.com and complete the setup page.
We recommend doing what it says. However, also CTS provided us this information, this evening: CTS users, we are experiencing some issues with our new server release in regards to the market data forms. It was not to be mandatory tonight but we are seeing that traders will see" no permission" for all market quotes until the forms are completed. We are trying to reverse this but in the meantime please follow the instructions to complete the market data forms.

I lost ability to simultaneously log into CTS T4 (live) and Sierra Chart. Wonder if the problem is on CTS or SC side...

I have my firm and password in place. When I have Sierra running and log into CTS, Sierra goes off, and then reconnects. From CTS I get a message saying " You have logged in at another location. You may only be logged in once at a time." I made a phone call to CTS and they said they are getting phone calls from other Sierra users with this problem. From CTS point of view this is a Sierra problem. Please Help.

I contacted CTS earlier today and they said it has something to do with new regulations and FIX connection, so that SC has to make changes in the platform. Hopefully changes are done soon.
