This is the message from the CTS FIX server which indicates the problem: The user has not completed the market data setup and should login to www.t4login.com and complete the setup page.
We recommend doing what it says. However, also CTS provided us this information, this evening: CTS users, we are experiencing some issues with our new server release in regards to the market data forms. It was not to be mandatory tonight but we are seeing that traders will see" no permission" for all market quotes until the forms are completed. We are trying to reverse this but in the meantime please follow the instructions to complete the market data forms.
Instructions: Go to www.t4login.com Erase the firm name Default and enter your own firm/username and password.
