Why is my replay mode not functioning (4:44 pm (EDT) Tuesday, 3/15/22)?

We need a little more information. How are you starting the replay? How many charts are being replayed? What kind of replay are you trying to run? What exactly is occurring that should or should not be occurring?

Settings:

Charts to Replay: All Charts in Chartbook
Replay Mode: Calculate Same as Real Time
Jump Method: To Next Bar
Speed: 60.00

The problem is the following (this problem ONLY started a couple of days ago): When I start the replay with the settings shown above, nothing happens. I've found that if I then press "Stop" and reset the Replay Mode to "Standard Replay" it works. I can then switch back to "Calculate Same as Real Time" without "Stopping" and the "Calculate Same as Real Time" then works. What has happened so that the "Calculate Same as Real Time" does not work right away but I have to switch to "Standard Replay" first??

What do you enter for the Enter Processing Step in Seconds when it comes up?

I don't know what you mean by "Enter Processing Step in Seconds". I have never seen that.

Do you have more than 1 chart in the Chartbook? If so, then when replaying multiple chartbooks with Calculate Same as Real Time, then after you select Play for the Replay and you get the option to clear the trade information or not, you should get a new window that states "Enter Processing Time in Seconds".

Now that we think about this, we are wondering if this is the issue, that you are not seeing that window.

Please select Windows >> Reset Windows then try the replay again and see if you get the window to enter the Processing Time in Seconds.
