Do you have more than 1 chart in the Chartbook? If so, then when replaying multiple chartbooks with Calculate Same as Real Time, then after you select Play for the Replay and you get the option to clear the trade information or not, you should get a new window that states "Enter Processing Time in Seconds".

Now that we think about this, we are wondering if this is the issue, that you are not seeing that window.

Please select Windows >> Reset Windows then try the replay again and see if you get the window to enter the Processing Time in Seconds.
