Hi Support, I have recently signed upto SC. In Control Panel, I am trying Verify my AMP account. However when i enter and click verify my AMP account. I get a message saying that my account is already linked to SC. However I want to verify the account. Is there somewhere specific I need to do this. Thanks again Best |

Is it linked to a different Sierra Chart account do you know? In any case, that feature is something that hasn't always worked well and we do not recommend using it any longer. Thanks, yes thats corrrect it is linked to SC as per control panel. I have attached a screenshot. I believe I cannot use it through SC until its verified ?! Cheers |

As noted above, the AMP verification has not worked well, and it is not working properly for you. The best thing to do at this point is to simply connect to the CQG account that would have been setup by AMP. Follow these instructions to make that connection: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once you have that setup, then you can finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you will connected to your trading account. You can access the exchanges to activate at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you are not going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will need to remember to connect once a month in order to verify your account for the CME Group. Refer to the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees If you are going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will need to update the symbols in your chart.
