As noted above, the AMP verification has not worked well, and it is not working properly for you. The best thing to do at this point is to simply connect to the CQG account that would have been setup by AMP. Follow these instructions to make that connection:

Once you have that setup, then you can finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you will connected to your trading account. You can access the exchanges to activate at the following link:

If you are not going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will need to remember to connect once a month in order to verify your account for the CME Group. Refer to the instructions here:

If you are going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will need to update the symbols in your chart. To do this open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
