DOES NOT CONNECTED MEAN NOT ACTIVATED?? DO I HAVE TO SIGN ANY AGREEMENT FIRST BEFORE ACTIVATING??oR DID YOU ACTIVATED IT ALREADY????SO THAT MEANS MY COUNTDOWN TO 14 DAYS ALREADY STARTED EVEN WITHOUT RESOLVING MY PROBLEM OF DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE AND NOT BEING CONNECTED TO FREE DATA YETTTTTTTT!!

If you are seeing "Not Connected" then that tells us that you have downloaded the software and are able to run it. Additionally, we see that you have been logged into the software. Therefore we started your trial in order so that you can get connected and use the software. There is nothing else you need to do in terms of downloads - at least as far as Sierra Chart is concerned. Please do the following: - Select File >> Disconnect - Select File >> Connect to Data Feed You should then be connected to the Sierra Chart data, which means you have access to Real-Time data for CFD and Forex data, and access to Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, EUREX, and U.S. Stocks. Just follow through the instructions starting at the following link for how to open a chart. I have not started any practicing yet though you claimed that trial already begun and red warning sign "not connected " is still showing on top left!! how many days have I already wasted??? before my trial ends??????????????????

Samuel Pomida here,,right now,,,february 27,2022. I still have not use my Sierra charts!! So as advised from the guy that recommend you.I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST TO RESET THE CLOCK OR NOT COUNT THE PAST DAYS AS YOU HAVE CLAIMED "THAT THE TRIAL BEGUN WHEN YOU DOWNLOADED/LOG IN,WHATEVER,,,BUT IN REALITY,I HAVE NOT USED THE TRIAL PERIOD YET.ONCE I FIXED THE PROBLEM,THEN I WILL INFORM YOU TO RESET,START THE TRIAL PERIOD.THANKS

You have used 10 days of your trial, and you have 7 days left. Therefore you are getting the full number of days for your trial. We do not have a 1 year subscription. Just 3 months and 6 months. If you use the full time available then you will have used a total of 17 days, which is 2 days more than the standard trial. So you are effectively getting those two days for when the market was closed.
